仕事内容JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a position where you will grasp the entire product of AdSIST, an automated customer attraction tool developed by our company, and be in charge of Software Back-end Engineering of the product to make AdSIST leap forward in the world.
・Planning, design, implementation and operation of services
・Construction of systems to link EC sites and advertisements in order to increase sales for client companies

　

募集する人・応募資格PERSONALITIY・QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • at least 2 year of professional experience of Node.js in development
  • at least 2 year of professional experience of MongoDB or NoSQL DBs in development
  • Over 2 years of practical experience in developing with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
  • at least 2 year of professional experience of AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc) in development
  • Development or Testing experience integrating with APIs of major platforms (Google, Yahoo, Facebook, etc)
  • English skill： Business level or above
  • Understanding of software development principles and design
  • Understanding of Agile development process
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills with excellent decision-making ability
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence and ownership
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity to actively tackle new things
  • Only for those who need a work visa: Bachelor’s degree or more than 10 years of work experience in Japan in the field of technology / humanities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with NestJS or express
  • Experience working with Python
  • Experience working with Git, Github, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Experience working with Docker
  • Experience or knowledge of online advertising
  • Experience or knowledge of major e-commerce sites (Shopify, MakeShop, BASE, ColorMe, etc)

Salary Annual Salary 3,500,000yen〜10,000,000yen
+Performance-linked Allowance

■What is Performance-linked Allowance
The company determine the profit resources every quarter and divided the resources in every single month to the employees.

※Salary will be determined based on experience, ability and skills.
※Including fixed overtime (more than 60,400 yen for 45 hours of work).
※Overtime in excess of 45 hours will be paid separately.
